Week
16 finds Sarge out doing his Christmas rounds
with family, and touching base on his laptop.
Problem is, there's nothing to touch base about
since the 'puter doesn't like ANYONE again this
week.
Probably since it did so MISERABLY last week?
We both saw that coming though, nearing the
end of the season, things don't figure the way
they did early on, whether it be due to injuries,
teams sitting out their 1st string, or just
plain uneven matchups; a few lopsided lines
this week with two 13+ & two 9+ games.
Then of course there's those that're just too
close to call with major playoff implications.
Falcons/Bucs - Chiefs/Bolts Giants/Skins -
Ravens/Vikes
and then of course there's always the spoiler
games, where one team can easily lose a playoff
berth due to the luck of the draw, "On
any given Sunday".
So, basically, enjoy the games the next couple
weeks going into the playoffs, and then hopefully
the puter will be on track with a pick or two
each week.
